As of October 29, 2026, AlphaMind AI is called ArkaTrading, and our website has moved to arkatrading.ai. On the same day we released Arka Terminal, a Windows trading terminal built for MetaTrader traders. You sign in with your MT4 or MT5 account and trade from there.
Why we changed the name
AlphaMind AI started as an AI analysis tool in the browser. Traders checked our trend forecasts and quant signals, asked MindX questions, and then went back to MT4 or MT5 to place the trade.
Over the past year we talked to a lot of those traders, and we kept hearing the same complaint. The analysis lived in one window and the order ticket lived in another. A level spotted on our chart had to be typed into MetaTrader by hand. A stop suggested by the AI had to be turned into a lot size by the trader. Most of the friction was in moving between the two.
So most of our work went into one thing: a terminal you can keep open all day, where the analysis and the order happen on the same screen. By the time it was ready, the product was no longer an AI analysis tool. It was a trading terminal, and it deserved a name to match.
The name Arka
Arka comes from two ancient words. In Sanskrit, it means the sun: the light that lets you see clearly. In Latin, as arca, it means the ark: the vessel that carries you safely through the flood.
Markets are a storm. Arka is both: the light that shows you the way, and the ark that keeps you afloat.
Why we built a terminal
For a long time the best trading tools sat with institutions. Hedge funds spent millions training their own models, and trading desks had people whose whole job was watching the market, sizing risk and reviewing every fill. Individual traders mostly had lagging indicators and their own judgment.
We set out to bring institutional-grade analysis to individual traders. A year in, we understood that analysis is only half of it. The other half is whether that analysis is there at the moment you place the order: where the stop goes, how many lots this trade should be, how far the account is from a margin call. Those questions are answered in a trading terminal, not on an analysis website.
We also never wanted traders to leave MetaTrader. Most retail forex and gold traders hold their accounts on MT4 or MT5, with a broker they trust. So Arka Terminal does not replace MetaTrader. It sits on top of it. You sign in with the same account, and your orders still go through MetaTrader to your broker. What changes is the screen in front of you, and the AI beside you that understands the market.
Arka Terminal, built for MetaTrader traders
Arka Terminal runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Sign in with the MT4 or MT5 account you already have and you can chart, analyze and trade in one place. You keep your broker, and there is no account to move.
Charts
The terminal ships with more than a hundred indicators and a full drawing toolkit, including 12 Fibonacci tools, Gann, Elliott Wave and six harmonic patterns. Indicators and drawings are saved per symbol, so switching symbols never means setting things up again. One window holds up to eight charts, each with its own symbol and timeframe. Bar replay steps one candle at a time or plays at 1x to 10x, for practice and review.
Orders
The rule we designed around is simple: settle the risk before the trade. The order window sizes your position from the risk percentage you set. Stop loss, take profit and pending orders can be dragged on the chart, with the price, the distance in pips and the money at stake shown as you drag. Open positions can be moved to breakeven, reversed or partly closed in one step, and you can close only the winners or only the losers. The statistics page shows win rate, risk-reward and the equity curve, and exports to CSV.
Arka Copilot
MindX is now Arka Copilot, and it lives inside the terminal. Before it answers, it reads your current chart, your positions and your account, so you never have to describe the market to it. It can forecast the trend and draw the projected path on the chart. It marks key levels, trendlines, SMC structure and harmonic patterns. Before you send an order it checks the share of the account at risk and the risk-reward, and at the end of the day it reviews the trades you actually made. When price reaches a level that matters, it speaks up first instead of waiting to be asked.
AI quant signals
Signals in the terminal are confirmed only when the candle closes, so they never appear halfway through a bar and then vanish. Every signal stays on the chart, win or lose. We think a signal tool earns trust by showing its losing trades too.
Your account stays yours
Your MetaTrader password is stored only on your own computer and is never uploaded to ArkaTrading servers. Orders go from the MT4 or MT5 on your machine straight to your broker, and ArkaTrading takes no part in execution. Arka Copilot gives analysis and suggestions, and every order is sent by you.
The research behind it: Arka Lab
The AI in the terminal comes from Arka Lab, our research team. Arka Lab is based in North America. Its members come from hedge funds, investment banks and leading North American universities, and include quant researchers, machine learning engineers and active traders.
Arka Lab has published two pieces of research. The first is the Prediction Engine, a decoder-only Transformer trained on price, with more than 500 million parameters and more than 10 billion training data points. It reads 500 bars as one sequence and returns a band of probable price paths rather than a single number. Markets are uncertain, and we want the model to say so honestly. The second is the Multi-Model Framework: six models drawn from the quantitative literature, covering regime, volatility, filtering, frequency, memory and decomposition, each stated with its formula and citation.
Every model goes through historical backtesting and then live monitoring, and reaches Arka Terminal only once it holds up. When market conditions change, it is assessed again. The methods and the mathematics behind them are published on the Arka Lab page.
A last word
Thank you to everyone who traded with AlphaMind. Much of what is in the terminal was reworked, version after version, from your feedback. The name has changed. The team behind it has not.
If you trade on MT4 or MT5, we would like you to try Arka Terminal.
