How Arka Terminal Supports The5ers' Rules
Four tools in the terminal map directly to the High Stakes limits.
Daily loss
Each Trade Sized Against the 4% Floor
The full order window opens with 1% of the balance at risk. On a $100,000 High Stakes account, the daily allowance equals four such losses.
- Risk-based sizing
- The stop is set at the recent average true range, the target at twice that distance, and the volume follows from 1% of the balance at risk.
- Pre-trade Check
- Before submission, the check states the loss at the stop in money and as a share of equity, and flags any trade above 1%.
- Higher baseline
- The5ers takes the higher of the previous day's closing balance or equity. A closing equity of $110,000 sets an allowance of $4,400.
Maximum loss
Aggregate Exposure Against a Static Floor
The 8% floor is measured from the initial balance and tested against equity. Several positions on one symbol can be managed as one, with the total shown first.
- Group stop line
- One line sets the stop or target for every position on a symbol and shows what they add up to at that price.
- Close by kind
- Close buys, sells, winners, losers or all positions, with the floating P&L and share of the balance shown first.
- Net exposure
- The positions panel nets exposure by symbol across the account.
News rule
Releases Flagged Before the 2-Minute Window
The5ers deducts profit from orders within 2 minutes of high-impact news, pending orders included. The terminal flags major releases 15 minutes ahead.
- Release alerts
- A notice 15 minutes before a release rated four stars or above on a symbol with open positions, and again once it is out.
- Releases on the chart
- Releases rated three stars and above sit on the time axis with previous, forecast and actual figures.
- AI previews
- Releases rated four stars and above carry an AI preview before and an AI reading after.
Profitable days
Profitable Days Measured From the Account
Passing, payouts and scaling each require 3 profitable days of at least 0.5%. Daily Review records net P&L for every day.
- Daily P&L
- Daily Review shows net P&L for each of the last seven days, with the day's best and worst trade.
- Weekly rhythm
- Trading Profile shows net P&L for each of the past eight weeks, by session and by symbol.
- Risk flags
- A single loss of three times the average loss, or four consecutive losses, is flagged.
Arka Terminal does not read The5ers' limits or close positions on the trader's behalf. These tools make risk visible before and during each trade; compliance with The5ers' rules remains the trader's responsibility.
Trading Conduct Rules
Restrictions beyond the loss limits, as The5ers states them.
News trading
No orders from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news in the related currency or index, on all programs. Profit made in that window is deducted.
Pending orders
A pending order that triggers within the news window counts as a violation. Positions opened earlier may be held through the release.
Weekend holding
Overnight and weekend holding is permitted.
Expert Advisors
Permitted where the trader owns the source code. Signal copying, tick scalping, arbitrage and high-frequency strategies are excluded.
Copy trading
Copying one's own trades across one's own accounts is permitted. Copying third parties is prohibited.
Inactivity
Evaluation accounts expire after 30 consecutive days without activity, Pro accounts after 60.
Rules checked on 7 November 2026 against The5ers' official pages. Prop firms revise their rules; confirm the current terms on The5ers' site before trading. ArkaTrading is independent and is not affiliated with The5ers or MetaQuotes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Arka Terminal be used with a The5ers account?
Yes, with a The5ers MT5 account. The5ers does not offer MT4, and cTrader and TradingView accounts cannot be connected.
Does Arka Terminal track The5ers' daily loss limit?
Not automatically, as it does not read The5ers' limits. Risk-based sizing, the Pre-trade Check and the positions panel show the loss at stake on each trade and across the account.
How is the High Stakes daily loss calculated?
At 00:00 MT5 server time, the higher of the closing balance or equity becomes the baseline. The allowance is 4% of that value on $50,000 and $100,000 accounts and 5% on smaller sizes.
Is news trading allowed at The5ers?
Orders are not permitted from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news in the related currency or index. Profit made in that window is deducted, and positions opened earlier may be held through the release.
Can US residents use Arka Terminal with The5ers?
No. The5ers prohibits US residents from using MetaQuotes platforms, and Arka Terminal connects to MetaTrader accounts only.
